BUILT-IN REPLACEABLE AIR PURIFIER
Our D620 Orca DTF Powder Shaker Machine is made with a built-in air purifier which can purify the air generated in the powder curing process. The air purifier is hinged like a door on the side of the shaker machine, which allows for easy use and replace of it when you use the machine.
DOUBLE ROWS OF HEATING LAMPS
There are upper and lower double rows of high-efficiency heating lamps in the dryer machine for powder curing. The design will achieve a better curing effect but can also save about 30% of power consumption.
OPTICAL SENSOR
The D620 Orca DTF Powder Shaker Machine also features an optical sensor that can detect the printed film coming from the printer to automatically control the film feeding process in the shaker. When the printed film is hanging below the sensor, it will be continuously fed into the shaker. But when the film becomes hanging above the sensor, the film feeding process will be stopped.
INTELLIGENT LCD TOUCH CONTROLLER
The powder shaker machine is made with an intelligent LCD touch controller which allows you to check the working status of the machine and operate it very easily.
